Identifying, qualifying, and converting institutional opportunities into signed agreements. We build the target list, sequence the outreach, prepare the pitches and proposals, manage the meetings, negotiate terms, and shepherd the opportunity through to signing.

B2B, B2G & B2NGO Sales

Running the institutional sales motion across the three buyer ecosystems that matter most in Ethiopia. We map each ecosystem, prepare technical and commercial documentation, manage the procurement process, and coordinate with legal, technical, and compliance counterparts.

Exclusive Distribution & Channel Development

Building the warehousing, logistics, sales, and after-sales channel that turns a representation agreement into market share. We design the distribution model, secure the warehousing and logistics partners (anchored on the Djibouti–Addis corridor), recruit and manage the sales channel, and run after-sales support, warranty, and spare-parts management.

Institutional Partnership Development

Designing and signing the multi-party partnerships that unlock complex opportunities. We facilitate the conversation, draft the partnership architecture, model the commercial split, draft the governance framework, and shepherd the agreement through to signing.

Proposal, Pitch & Deal Structuring

Producing the documents and frameworks that make complex deals decision-ready. We write, design, and structure the proposals; build the financial models and risk frameworks; prepare the pitch decks; and coach the negotiating team.

Marketing, Brand Positioning & Campaign Execution

Running the marketing function for products, services, and partnerships that need credibility with institutional and mass-market audiences. We design the brand positioning, produce the content, run the campaigns, and measure outcomes — across digital, broadcast, professional, and community channels.

Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Mapping

Building the evidence base for decisions — who matters, what they want, what is moving, and how to reach them. We collect primary and secondary intelligence, interview stakeholders, model the market, and produce decision-grade briefings.

Ecosystem Integration

Wiring multiple players into a working ecosystem when no single party can deliver alone. We design the ecosystem, recruit and align the partners, structure the commercials and governance, and act as the long-term integrator and programme manager.

Operations, Workflow & Relationship Management
