STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

The work we are structuring now.

The following initiatives reflect the type of work tiliQ Plc structures and represents. They are presented as strategic initiatives and proposed partnerships, not as completed projects. We use this page to show the depth and ambition of our work — not to claim contracted revenue.

STRATEGIC INITIATIVE

mHealth & Health-FinTech ecosystem

A proposed Health-FinTech ecosystem combining clinical excellence at private medical centres, the financial layer of telebirr, partner banks, and a dedicated diaspora USD health fund. Designed to remove financial barriers to specialised care, secure family safety nets from abroad, and provide corporate workforce-health programmes for large employers.

Role:
tiliQ is positioned as the master integrator and long-term business manager.
Status:
Strategic initiative under development. Not a contracted programme.
PROPOSED PARTNERSHIP

Telecom & digital inclusion

A proposed device, data, and airtime financing partnership with a national telecom operator, structured to accelerate digital inclusion for unbanked and low-income subscribers while transferring credit risk to a specialist financing partner.

Role:
tiliQ structures the local commercial framework, manages stakeholder engagement, and represents the financing partner in country.
Status:
Proposed partnership. Not a signed agreement.
STRATEGIC INITIATIVE

Green energy & infrastructure

A proposed exclusive distribution programme for premium energy infrastructure — high-capacity transformers, urban DC fast-chargers, modular HPC highway chargers, and dry-type indoor units — aligned with national electrification, EV adoption, and grid-modernisation programmes. Anchored on the Djibouti–Addis corridor, with regional satellite stocking and after-sales coverage.

Role:
tiliQ is positioned as the exclusive local distributor and commercial representative.
Status:
Strategic initiative under development. Not a contracted distribution agreement.
PROPOSED PARTNERSHIP

Exclusive distribution & regional access

A proposed multi-phase authorisation roadmap: sole local distributor status in Ethiopia, joint feasibility for semi-knocked-down assembly within local industrial parks, and regional scale across Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti, Sudan, and Tanzania over a multi-year horizon.

Role:
tiliQ is positioned as the regional commercial partner and channel architect.
Status:
Proposed partnership. Not a signed regional mandate.
